We have expertise in aquaculture, particularly in producing Pangasius in Filetto Farm. Our Pangasius is renowned for its tender texture and distinctive flavor, representing the finest quality of freshwater fish.
The Process
1
Breeding: We start with the best parent fish to produce superior fingerlings. High-quality fingerlings lead to superior fish products, with excellent meat quality, texture, color, and taste
2
Cultivation:
- The quality of fish meat is heavily influenced by the cultivation environment. Our ponds are specially designed and located near a river, allowing for natural water replacement. Fish thrive and live in a comfortable and healthy natural environment. Additionally, the pond’s soil conditions are tailored for freshwater fish, ensuring proper decomposition processes.
- We use high-quality feed with a balanced nutritional composition, including carbohydrates, proteins, fats, and fibers. The goal is to produce fish meat with optimal quality, texture, taste, and color.
- In cultivation management, we have obtained CBIB certification (Good Fish Farming Practices), covering aspects of disease prevention, precise feeding schedules and quantities, and supported by experts in the field.
3
Harvesting: Harvesting is done at the right time and managed well to meet the standards. Fish freshness is maintained throughout the process.
4
Processing into end products: The processing into end products has obtained Halal, SKP, and HACCP certifications.
5
Distribution: Filetto is efficiently distributed to provide customers with the taste and quality that meet the standards.
